BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man was arrested on charges of public lewdness, burglary, harassment and trespassing less than three weeks after he was arrested for indecent exposure on W. Delavan and Elmwood, Buffalo police said.

It is alleged that Orlando Martinez, 26, offered to help a 62-year-old woman up the stairs to her apartment on Delaware Ave. on June 15 before pushing her in her door and committing a “sex act.” Police said he then fled the building.

Martinez was arrested on June 20. He was charged with the following:

  • third degree burglary
  • public lewdness
  • second degree harassment
  • intrusion

On May 31, Martinez was arrested and charged with two counts of public lewdness following two alleged incidents of indecent assault that occurred on the evening of May 28. At the time, he was released on bail.
