Seneca Falls man arrested for harassing victim and damaging property during incident

Seneca Falls Police arrested a local man following a domestic incident that involved property damage and harassment of the victim.

On June 24 at 9:43 p.m., Seneca Falls City Police arrested 37-year-old Daniel E. Closson following a domestic disturbance call. The investigation revealed that Closson had physically harassed the victim and damaged her property.

Closson was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal damage. He was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. An order of protection was filed for the victim.

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
