Update: 50 Cent files a $1 million defamation lawsuit against Daphne Joy for accusing him of rape and physical assault after she was called a sex worker in a lawsuit against Diddy

Update #2 (May 8, 2025): 50 cents officially complains Daphne Joy Narvaez for defamation after she accused him of sexual assault and physical abuse.

In a $1 million lawsuit obtained by TMZ 50 cents, 48, denied the claims Daphne Joy, The 37-year-old published an Instagram post at the end of March claiming that she only accused him of these things because he wanted sole custody of her 11-year-old son Father.

Update #1 (March 29, 2024): The drama in between Daphne Joy And 50 cents is getting more and more violent. Daphne Joy has denied claims that she is a “sex worker.” Diddy and said she was considering taking legal action against the producer Lil Rod for making this claim in his bombshell lawsuit.

She also shared a video of herself crying on her Instagram story and wrote:

“I wouldn’t wish that on any woman. God hears me and that’s all that matters.”

She wasn’t done with that yet. She spoke next 50 cents, who is reportedly seeking sole custody of her son Sire amid claims against her.

In another Instagram story, she made alarming allegations against it Powerverse creator and claimed he was an absent father. She also accused him of physically and sexually abusing her, writing:

At latest 50 cents, through his representative, has denied Daphne Joys Expectations. They said in a statement:

“The disturbing allegations in the affidavits filed in a recent court case involving Daphne Joy, the mother of my 12-year-old child, have forced me to take all necessary legal action to protect my son Sire. Daphne Joy’s recent false and unfounded allegations are clearly a response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. My son Sire is my first priority and my only focus at this time is keeping him in a safe environment.”

“In light of recent developments and news of Daphne Joy’s involvement in the Diddy lawsuit, 50 is seeking sole custody of his son.”
