Penn State Theta Delta Chi Chapter suspended until Spring 2025

Penn State has suspended the organization of the Sigma Triton chapter of Theta Delta Chi fraternity until spring 2025. The university announcedAn additional probationary period for the organization’s conduct will be extended until spring 2027.

The university’s Office of Student Accountability and Conflict Response found that the fraternity hosted an unauthorized event in March, at which time the fraternity was prohibited from hosting social events.

As a result of the suspension, which took effect on May 17, the chapter will lose the privileges of a recognized student organization and will not be able to participate in any university events, activities or celebrations.
