Tornado warning canceled for northwest Georgia – WSB-TV Channel 2

GEORGIA — The tornado warning has been canceled for parts of northwest Georgia.

Chattooga County was under a tornado warning until 10 p.m.

Earlier, a tight rotation occurred during a storm in northeast Alabama.

Brad Nitz, Team 2 Chief Severe Weather Meteorologist said trees and power lines were reported in Chattooga County following the storm that triggered the tornado warning.
