Caroline Manzo details how Brandi Glanville allegedly sexually harassed her during the filming of RHUGT

In a shocking turn of events, Caroline Manzo has made serious allegations against Brandi Glanville following an incident that reportedly occurred during the filming of The ultimate girls trip from The Real Housewives.

According to an affidavit attached to Manzo’s January 2024 lawsuit against the network, the 62-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey A former alum accused Glanville, 51, of “forcibly groping my vagina” during her time on the spinoff show. The document, obtained by People, also accuses Bravo producers of complicity, claiming they filmed the alleged assault rather than intervening.

“As Glanville sexually assaulted me on the couch, she rubbed her vagina on me,” Manzo said in the affidavit, as reported by Page Six. “The producers just watched and kept filming. They saw I was in distress and kept filming anyway,” she added. Manzo further claimed that producers did not separate her from Glanville but continued to give her alcohol. She claimed they allowed Glanville to follow her into the bathroom, where she says a second assault occurred, again under the producers’ eyes.

“As I attempted to escape from the bathroom, Glanville threw me against the bathroom door, struck me in the head and locked me in, where she forcibly fondled my vagina against my will,” Manzo stated in the affidavit. She claimed that producers observed her attempted escape but allowed Glanville to continue her attack.

Elsewhere in the document filed on May 28, 2024, Manzo stated that she asked producers not to bring up the incidents during her “pick-up” interviews, but they did so anyway. She shared that she has suffered from depression and post-traumatic stress disorder since the alleged assault and accused producers of making her “relive the sexual assault” to boost “their own ratings and profits.”

“They knew I was against the sexual assault and retaliated by causing me even more emotional harm to create controversy,” she claimed.

In response to Manzo’s allegations, representatives from Peacock and Shed Media released a joint statement to People in February 2023, stating: “The safety of the cast and crew during filming is of utmost importance and we take all reports seriously.” They added that an investigation was immediately launched and appropriate action taken.

“Brandi was forbidden from telling her side of the story, and in return people only heard unproven versions,” said a representative of Glanville People in February 2023.
