Man wanted for questioning in connection with fatal hit-and-run accident in Huntington Station

Police are searching for a man who may have information about a fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred in Huntington Station earlier this month.

Amilar Velasquez was walking in the shoulder of West Hills Road when he was struck and killed by a passing dark-colored car.

According to police, a man was seen in a nearby bar before the accident.

The police are looking for the man for questioning.
