Man arrested in connection with death of woman in Stockton

A man was arrested Thursday for a fatal shooting that left a woman dead in Stockton earlier this year. Officials said 23-year-old Francisco Ramirez was arrested by Border Patrol agents last week and booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on Tuesday.
