Man arrested after shooting in northern Kentucky

A man has been arrested following a shooting in northern Kentucky on Friday. This happened around 8 p.m. when officers were dispatched to Ridgewood Drive for a report that someone had suffered a gunshot wound. Officers on scene found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. The man was taken to UC Medical Center for treatment and is said to be in stable condition. While they were there, officers learned from a neighbor that a truck had left the home at the time of the shooting. Officers later located the vehicle while responding to a crash on KY 709. The driver was identified as Corey Gray. Gray was taken into custody and is currently being held at the Campbell County Detention Center on three counts of attempted murder and wanton endangerment.
