HPD investigates: North Houston shooting leaves 1 dead, another in serious condition

HOUSTON (KIAH) – Two juveniles, ages 15 and 16, were found with gunshot wounds in a double shooting homicide in the 2100 block of Rebecca Place. Houston police responded to the incident in north Houston around 10:30 p.m. The 16-year-old man died at the scene. The 15-year-old was taken to hospital in serious condition. According to Homicide detectives, the two teens were outside when a disturbance occurred. Two black men who fled the scene are currently being investigated as suspects. There is no motive at this time.
