Man arrested for alleged possession of fully automatic pistol: KCSO

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 21-year-old man was arrested last week after officers served a search warrant in downtown Bakersfield.

On May 4, 21-year-old Christopher Gonzales was arrested for alleged possession of a modified, fully automatic pistol without a serial number, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office. Around 8 p.m., officers discovered a Glock-style firearm in the 1700 block of Chester Avenue.

Gonzales was taken to the Kern County Jail by officers from the Gang Suppression Unit.
