NEW ORLEANS, May 10, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) and KSF partner, former Louisiana Attorney General Charles C. Foti, Jr., remind investors that they still have time have June 24, 2024 to file lead plaintiff motions in a securities class action lawsuit against Autodesk, Inc. (NasdaqGS: ADSK) if you purchased or otherwise acquired the Company’s securities between June 1, 2023 and April 16, 2024 (including the “Class Period”). . This lawsuit is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

What you can do

About the lawsuit

Autodesk and certain of its executives are accused of failing to disclose material information during the class period, thereby violating federal securities laws. The alleged false and misleading statements and omissions include, among other things, that: i) the Company did not have adequate internal controls due to issues with its free cash flow and non-GAAP operating margin practices; and (ii) as a result, Defendants’ statements about its business, operations and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all times.

The case is Barkasi v. Autodesk, Inc., et al., No. 24-cv-02431.
