WINSTON MAN SUED FOR DISCLAIMER AT LANDFILL – KQEN News Radio

A Winston man was arrested Saturday for an incident at the Douglas County Landfill.

A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said a deputy saw the 36-year-old drive into the facility at 8:00 a.m. The deputy had evicted the man from the facility several weeks earlier. The suspect was arrested without incident. He was held without bail.
