One dead in fatal accident in Egger Highlands overnight

At least one person was killed in a traffic accident in San Diego this morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 2:35 a.m. at the intersection of the southbound San Diego (5) Freeway and State Road 75.

There is no information yet as to whether the victim is a man or a woman or how old the person is.

No further injuries were reported.

The victim’s name will not be released until next of kin has been notified.
