Tokaido Shinkansen services suspended due to power outage

Due to a power outage between Shizuoka and Kakegawa stations, Tokaido Shinkansen services between Tokyo and Shin-Osaka stations (on the mountain route) and between Tokyo and Hamamatsu stations (on the valley route) were suspended from 1:20 p.m. on Saturday.

According to Central Japan Railway Co. (JR Tokai), operations will not resume until 2:10 p.m. at the earliest.
