Police arrest fugitive suspected of sexually abusing a child « Shoals Insider

SHEFFIELD

On Friday, detectives with the Sheffield Police Department received information from the Vernal City Police Department in Utah about a man named Damien Zachary Marshall who had warrants for his arrest for two counts of sodomy of a child and one count of sexual abuse of a child.

After obtaining copies of Marshall’s arrest warrants and an address in Sheffield, police/investigators contacted Marshall at an apartment in the 600 block of Broadway Street.

Marshall was taken into custody and is currently being held in the Sheffield City Jail awaiting extradition to Utah.
