MCTX Sheriff investigates police officer-involved shooting in Montgomery

MONTGOMERY, TX – On July 5, 2024, at approximately 3:45 p.m., officers with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash involving a drunk driver near the 7000 block of Forest Hills Drive in Montgomery, Texas. Upon arrival, officers attempted to locate the male suspect, who had fled into a heavily wooded area to evade capture.
