Siblings killed in traffic accident in Bogura

BOGURA, June 30, 2024 (BSS) – A girl and her brother were killed in a
Collision between a CNG-powered autorickshaw and a three-wheeler in Nandigram
Upazila of the district.

The accident occurred on Saturday at around 4 p.m. in Saratola on the Kathom-Kalignaj
Street in Bogura.

The dead were identified as Juthi, 20, and her brother Jihad, 17. Their
Mother Jesmin Begum was injured in the accident.

Nandigram In-Charge Officer Thana Alamgir Hossain said Juthi died on
the place where Jihad took his last breath at Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical
College and hospital this morning.

The police later handed over the bodies to their families.
