Large police presence on Winchester Road

LEXINGTON, Kentucky (FOX 56) — Due to heavy police presence on Winchester Road, portions of the road are closed.

Our reporter on the scene said Winchester Road from Hillcrest Avenue to Liberty Road was closed as of 2:20 p.m. due to a heavy police presence.
