Man dies after being shot in southwest Atlanta park – 95.5 WSB

ATLANTA — A man who was seriously injured in a shooting in southwest Atlanta Monday afternoon has died, police said.

The shooting happened on Cleveland Ave. near a community library. The man was unconscious, alert and not breathing when they found him with multiple gunshot wounds in a park. He was taken to hospital, where he died.

The man has not been identified.

Police did not say what led to the shooting or whether anyone was in custody.
