Kansas man killed in motorcycle crash in Newton County, Arkansas

NEWTON COUNTY, Arkansas – A Roeland Park, Kansas man died in a motorcycle crash in Newton County, Arkansas on Friday, May 24.

According to the Arkansas State Police fatal accident report, 29-year-old Louis Gabriel Rebeck was driving a 2018 Yamaha MT-07 north on State Highway 21 near Mossville, Arkansas, when the accident occurred.

At 5 p.m. on Friday, Rebeck lost control of his motorcycle as he attempted to turn left on the highway. The motorcycle veered off the east side of the road and hit a guardrail, throwing the driver out.

The next of kin were informed of Rebeck’s death.
