Monday, May 20th

At 9:50 a.m., David Ralph, 45, of Newport, Rhode Island, was taken into custody by Officer Sullivan on a warrant issued by the 2nd District Court on two counts.

At 10:25 a.m., Officer Sullivan took David Ralph, 45, of Newport, Rhode Island, into custody on a charge of obstructing the officer in the execution of his duty.

At 10:30 a.m., Dens Marcellus, 29, of Brooklyn, New York, was taken into custody by Detective Cooper for Theft >1,500 and <5,000.

At 10:10 a.m., Kevin Pepler, 59, of Newport, Rhode Island, was taken into custody by Officer Coates on a warrant issued by the 2nd District Court.

At 11:48 p.m., Daniel Elliot, 67, of Newport, Rhode Island, was arrested by Officer Epstein on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident-damaging attended vehicle.

Tuesday, May 21st
