Arrest report

The following arrests were recently made by local law enforcement. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Massachusetts privacy law prohibits police from releasing information about domestic and sexual violence arrests in an effort to protect alleged victims.

• Devante Degree, 31, 305 Nesmith St., Apt. 1, Lowell; Driving a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

• Ronald Sanchez, 43, 74 Fisher St., second floor, Lowell; Arrest warrants (failure to pay fine for credit card fraud under $1,200, theft over $1,200, theft under $1,200 and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license).

• Maphyus Cintron, 29, 43 Summer St., Apt. 211, Lowell; burglary of a motor vehicle, possession of burglary tools, trespassing.

• Kevin Diaz Jimenez, 19, 195 Pleasant St., Second Floor, Lowell; Warrant warrant (possession of a firearm without a license).

• Kyle Surprenant, 19, 67 London St., Lowell; Arrest warrant (possession of ammunition without a firearms license).

• Emily Rogers, 31, 356 Wentworth Ave., Lowell; Arrest warrant (possession of ammunition without a firearms license).

• Somrathony Soeng, 35, 98 St. James Ave., First Floor, Holyoke; Shoplifting, possession of Class B drugs.

• Luis Nemcio-Ixcal, 33, 8 Manahan St., Lowell; Operating under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle without a license, license plate violation, unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

• Erick Reyes-Hidalgo, 29, 45 Congress St., Apt. 18, Nashua; two counts of theft by deception ($1,501 or more), theft by deception ($0-$1,000), failure to appear in court.

• Robert Allen, 56, 12 Pearl Court, Merrimack, NH; Behavior after an accident, driving a motor vehicle after a license suspension/revocation.
