Man faces felony charges after hit-and-run in Garden Grove

Dietrich Lee Arthur Hudsona 43-year-old man, was arrested and charged following an incident of road rage and hit-and-run in Garden Grove.

Hudson faces seven counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of hit-and-run with property damage.

Hudson pleaded not guilty and a pretrial hearing was scheduled for July 25.

Hudson is said to have driven into the back of another car several times in an incident caused by rage while behind the wheel on Monday at around 2:30 p.m. Euclid Street and Garden Grove Boulevardsaid the police.

There were seven people in the other vehicle.

According to police, Hudson was also accused of hit-and-run in another accident that occurred shortly before the alleged driving aggression incident.

No one was injured in the collisions.

However, the police did not disclose Hudson’s place of residence Court records show that he was involved in a divorce case in San Bernardino in 2018.
