LOCK HAVEN – Two Keystone Central School District employees are facing charges related to having an inappropriate relationship with a teenager.

According to a press release from District Attorney Dave Strouse, Dana Ann Kitchen, 36, of Lock Haven, was charged with two counts of bribery of a minor and two counts of unlawful contact with a minor. Brittany Kay Koch, 29, of Beech Creek, was charged with one count of bribery of a minor and one count of unlawful contact with a minor.

“The two allegedly sent sexually explicit messages to a 14-year-old juvenile while employed as employees of the Keystone Central School District,” the press release states.

Both were arraigned Friday afternoon before District Judge Frank Mills and were being held Friday evening at the Clinton County Correctional Facility, each held on $25,000 bail, the news release said.
