Thai-German man jailed for raping his daughter Bangkok Post Learning

A criminal court on Monday sentenced a Thai-German man who raped his daughter and produced child pornography to a reduced prison sentence of 25 years and six months after he confessed to his crimes.

Before his sentence was reduced, he was sentenced to 51 years in prison.

According to a source, the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) received a tip-off from the German police.

Evidence, including photographs and video clips, suggested that the man – known only as Tony – had repeatedly sexually abused children in Thailand and uploaded the content to the dark web, from where it was shared in Germany.

The investigation revealed that the accused was a Thai-German citizen who lived in a northeastern province of Thailand.

DSI investigators worked with German police to find the man.

The evidence found indicated that the man had sexually abused a child under the age of 13 and committed an incest crime.
