Senate sessions suspended after power outage in Parliament

A Senate session scheduled for Thursday afternoon was interrupted due to a power outage in the Parliament building.

Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna made the revelation in a statement on X on Thursday.

“We had to suspend Senate sessions because the House has no power,” he said.
