Drug Task Force

William Santiago-Morales, 28, of 1772 Pleasant Woods in Fayetteville, was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a Schedule VI drug with the intent to resell, two counts of possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the intent to resell, criminal possession of a firearm, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of theft of property, aggravated assault of a family or household member, terroristic threatening, second-degree assault of a family member and first-degree malicious damage to property. Santiago-Morales was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with bail set at $75,000.

Anna Escuita, 29, of 580 Randall Wobbe Lane in Springdale, was arrested Friday in connection with three counts of possession of meth or cocaine with intent to resell, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia. Escuita was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bail.

Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Alisa Hipp, 44, of 15600 Osage Hill Road in Siloam Springs, was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Hipp was being held in the Benton County Jail on Friday and no bail was set.

Kelleye Kirkland, 36, of 12000 Coose Hollow West Road in Rogers, was arrested Thursday on a charge of domestic violence. Kirkland was being held in the Benton County Jail on Friday and no bail was set.

Yevonne Owens, 67, of 13560 Oak Park Drive in Siloam Springs, was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and domestic violence. Owens was being held in the Benton County Jail on Friday and no bail was set.

Bentonville

Jessie Hicks, 48, of 348 Fox Circle in Pea Ridge, was arrested Thursday in connection with video voyeurism. Hicks was being held in the Benton County Jail on Friday; bail has not been set.

Cave springs

Marcos Garcia-Moreno, 31, of 2601 W. Dogwood St. in Rogers, was arrested Thursday on a charge of rape. Garcia-Moreno was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail and no bail was set.

Fayetteville

Jeremy Strode, 33, of 333 S. Napier St. in Fayetteville, was arrested Thursday on charges of theft of property, two counts of credit card fraud, continuing criminal or gang activity and probation violation. Strode was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center, where he posted $15,000 bail.

Bradley Inklebarger, 51, of 330 E. 12th St. in Fayetteville, was arrested Friday on a charge of receiving stolen goods. Inklebarger was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center, where he posted $2,500 bail.

Rogers

Anthony Kessler, 39, of 2501 W. Westridge Drive in Rogers, was arrested Thursday on a charge of assault. Kessler was being held in the Benton County Jail on Friday and no bail was set.

Springdale

Donald Bullington, 31, of 1087 Whispering Pine St. in Springdale, was arrested Thursday on charges of possession of meth or cocaine with intent to resell, shoplifting and probation violation. Bullington was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bail.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

Joseph Cook, 41, of 160 Cotton Wood St. in Forsyth, Missouri, was arrested Thursday on a charge of theft. Cook was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bail.

Monica Lopez, 49, of 739 Bristol Cove in Springdale, was arrested Friday in connection with an insurance fraud case. Lopez was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center, where she was held on $1,000 bail.
