Man sentenced to 14 years in prison for kidnapping and raping teenager in Khanewal

KHANEWAL – Deputy District and Sessions Judge (AD&SJ) Majid Hussain Gadi sentenced a man to fourteen years of imprisonment for kidnapping and raping a young girl. According to the charge sheet, the accused Shahzad kidnapped a seventeen-year-old girl last year and a case under section 365B/376 PPC was registered against him at Kohna police station Khanewal. The rape victim thanked the courts and the judicial system and prayed for all those involved in the process to ensure justice for her.
