Traffic report: Delays in East New Orleans due to accident

NEW ORLEANS — A crash on the westbound side of Interstate 10 near Downman is causing a bumper-to-bumper backup as traffic backs up in east New Orleans around 7 a.m. Thursday.

Colleen Seeley, traffic reporter for WWL Louisiana, warns motorists traveling from the Slidell area to New Orleans or New Orleans East to expect delays.
