Amber Alert lifted, child found safe and sound

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Madison police have arrested a man after an Amber Alert was issued for a one-year-old boy.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice said the child was allegedly forcibly abducted by the man after he threatened to harm himself and the child on Thursday.

The man was taken into custody and police said charges had been filed against him.
