Hollyoaks spoilers follow for the latest episode, which airs on Channel 4 Streaming and airs on E4 on Friday.

Hollyoaks has aired the aftermath of Frankie Osbourne’s rape by her twin brother JJ.

Tonight’s (April 18) episode began at the Osbourne house, the morning after the horrific event. JJ told his sister that they were “playing a game,” that she “wanted it,” and that she was “too drunk” to remember if she disagreed.

“I’ll tell everyone what you did,” she replied, holding back tears even though he told her that no one would believe her after her accusations against Jack.

Frankie met with Lucas Hay in the village and told him she had to take the morning after pill, and he agreed to go with her, although she did not explain exactly what had happened. At the clinic, she ran out crying almost immediately after sitting down with the doctor.

Carter Shepherd approached Nancy at school and asked why Frankie hadn’t shown up. Lucas covered for her when Nancy didn’t know, but JJ came forward with his made-up version of events.

Suzanne and Darren were called to a special safety meeting with Carter, Nancy and JJ, where they were told that he had found his sister drunk in the park and that she had harmed herself. He later tried to make his parents more sympathetic to his lies by telling them that Frankie might attack him again for talking to them about it.

In the park, Lucas got Frankie the pill. She didn’t reveal exactly what happened, but said her first sexual experience wasn’t positive.

When Frankie got home, Darren and Suzanne asked her if what JJ told them was true and if she should explain everything.

While JJ looked over Darren’s shoulder, Frankie couldn’t bring himself to tell them the truth about her twin sister and instead lied that she was self-harming because she couldn’t stand Darren “letting her down.”

However, it’s only a matter of time before the truth about JJ’s evil behavior comes to light.
