Frenchman Arthur Rinderknech reached the second round of the Atlanta Open by beating American lucky loser JJ Wolf 6-3, 6-2 at the Atlanta Athletic Club.

Rinderknech, ranked 64th, will next face the winner of the match between Serbian Miomir Kecmanovic, seeded 6th, and lucky loser Australian Adam Walton.
