The next day, 14-year-old Romaine Lovins was arrested and charged with first-degree robbery, while Hayden Payne, 16, Samual Richey, 16, and Breland Zainerrian, 13, were identified as suspects. The occupants, later identified as the three teenagers, exited the vehicle at the intersection of County Road 1422 and County Road 1476.
