Storms will intensify through the weekend – Action News Jax

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The First Alert Weather Team is monitoring widely scattered storms expected to continue through Thursday evening. Isolated storms are expected again Friday afternoon as temperatures will be in the high 90s.

Afternoon storms will increase over the weekend and some areas will experience heavy downpours.

Next week, winds will blow from the Atlantic, causing some showers near the coast in the morning, and isolated thunderstorms inland in the afternoon.
