AMBER Alert issued for missing 7-month-old baby from Bexar County

BEXAR COUNTY, Texas – An AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing child who police believe is in “great or immediate danger.”

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is looking for seven-month-old Richard Ramey.

Ramey is 60 cm tall, weighs 7 kg and has blonde hair and blue eyes.

Richard wore a white top and light brown shorts.

He was last seen around 10:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 12400 block of Adkins-Elmendorf Road.

Authorities said they are also looking for 30-year-old Nicole Daguanno in connection with the kidnapping.

She was last seen wearing a green t-shirt and blue jeans and was believed to be on foot. She was last seen in San Antonio.
