Macedon woman arrested for drunk driving – Finger Lakes Daily News

The investigation into a car accident in the town of Walworth led to the arrest of a Macedon woman.

Aubrey Stapleton was driving east on Mildahn Road when her car left the road and struck a utility pole after she failed to stay in the road on a curve. Stapleton, 35, took a standardized breathalyzer test, which she failed, leading to her arrest. Stapleton was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, where she refused to submit to a chemical test after being released from the hospital.

Stapleton was charged with drunk driving and unsafe lane changing.
