National Oil Change Company expands in Western New York

National oil change and car wash chain – Take 5 Oil Change – is preparing to add more locations in the Buffalo Niagara area.

Take 5, through its subsidiary Quattro Elmwood LLC, paid $709,000 for a vacant 2.8-acre parcel at 1941 Elmwood Ave., according to documents filed May 8 with the Erie County Clerk’s Office .

The property was owned by 1238 Group LLC, a subsidiary of Ellicott Development.
The Buffalo location is one of the Oak Brook, Ill.-based chain’s planned locations for the Buffalo Niagara areas. Others are proposed for Tonawanda and West Seneca.

Take 5 local oil change locations, including one on Transit Road in Depew.

According to documents filed with Buffalo’s Planning and Building Department, the new site will house a 1,735-square-foot building.
