Statesboro police search for armed robbery suspect

STATESBORO, Georgia (WSAV) – Statesboro police are searching for a man who was caught on camera robbing a store at gunpoint Monday night.

It happened shortly before 11 p.m. at the Five Points store on Northside Drive.

The surveillance video shows a man running into the store and apparently demanding money from the cash register.

WSAV was informed that the cashier was not injured.
