The Houston Rockets improve on and off the court during the 2023-24 season

The Rockets saw “significant improvement on the court last season,” which is “fueling wins on the business side of the organization,” according to Chandler France of the HOUSTON BUSINESS JOURNAL. The Rockets sold out 28 of their 41 home games – – the team’s highest mark since 2019-20 – and “set a franchise record for single-game ticket revenue.” The team also entered the season with “a record number of field seats and Lexus Lounge memberships,” as well as a “record number of new corporate partners.” Rockets President of Business Operations Gretchen Sheirr said the season ticket renewal rate for next season is “above 90% – trending toward the highest renewal rate since 2018 – and new sales are in increase of 15%. Additionally, courtside seating and Lexus Lounge memberships “remain sold out for the 2024-25 season.” Sheirr said the team has “seen an influx of new fans coming to the Toyota Center over the last three years,” so this offseason the organization is “focused on getting those people back to the arena for games additional and on the increase of its basic subscription base. .” France noted that the Rockets are also “looking for a sponsor for the new jersey crest” and plan to have one “before the start of next season.” Credit Karma Money has been the jersey sponsor of the Rockets for the past three seasons.
