OWN Greenlights Houston Reality Show ‘Family Empire’ From RHOA Producer

HOUSTON (KIAH) – Houston is becoming a full-fledged entertainment television hub. Carlos King, the producer of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta » (RHOA) and CEO of Kingdom Reign Entertainment, has greenlit a Houston-based reality show for the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN).

premiering on June 28 “Family Empire: Houston” will follow the multi-generational Braden family as they navigate in the footsteps of their matriarch, Oscarene. A self-made real estate mogul, Oscarene built a legacy for her family from the ground up.

The show will document the Bradens’ quest to maintain the family empire while upholding their matriarch’s high standards.
