Buffalo Culver’s Restaurant Reopens After Complete Renovation

Buffalo Culver’s restaurant reopened Wednesday after being closed for several weeks for a complete store renovation.

Store owner-manager Jeremy Laxen was on hand to welcome customers back…“We miss all of our amazing guests. It was a three and a half week renovation and everything has changed…but we still serve the same delicious food and we have the same amazing team.

Laxen says a new double drive-thru has been added, along with improvements to almost everything inside and outside the building…“We also redid the back of the house a bit. The safety of the crew members is our top priority, which is why we have installed a new non-slip floor there. We also moved a wall to make it a little more spacious. As for everything guests can see, the dining room was completely redone and we also redid the bathrooms.

The Buffalo Culver’s restaurant on Highway 55 opened in 1995 and was the very first Culver’s in Minnesota and the first store opened outside of Wisconsin.
