Mayor Dickens Addresses Atlanta’s Affordable Housing Crisis, Announces New Plans for West End Mall – WABE

Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens wants to build or preserve 20,000 affordable housing units across the city by 2030With about a year and a half left in his four-year term, “Closer Look” host Rose Scott talks with Dickens about the progress of his administration.

During the discussion, Dickens discussed initiatives to improve housing affordability, including a partnership between the Atlanta Urban Development Corporation, Atlanta Housing and the City of Atlanta to create more affordable housing.
