Two suspects involved in the kidnapping and rape of children are being held

LAHORE: Two suspects who raped children after kidnapping them were arrested by the Lahore Investigation Police. The arrested accused were identified as Rizwan and Naveed. The recovered children were identified as Fahad, Zohaib, Abdul Waheed, Imtiaz and Abdul Wahab. They took the children to a private housing colony after luring and raping the victims.

Two bicycle thieves arrested

Haloki Chowki police have arrested two members of a bike thieves’ gang from a graveyard. The arrested suspects were identified as Umar Farooq and Khalid Irfan. Police also recovered two bikes, pistols and cash. The suspect Ishq fled the scene. They were involved in numerous robberies in different parts of the city.

Body recovered from canal

A body was recovered from a canal near Muslim Town. A passerby spotted the floating body and alerted the police. A rescue team arrived at the scene. Divers recovered the body and fished it out. The police took it to the morgue.
