Lyons man arrested over January incident – ​​Finger Lakes Daily News

A Lyons man was arrested Monday by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following an investigation into an incident that occurred in January.

Travis Rosser-Pappin was charged with obstruction of government in connection with the incident.

Rosser-Pappin was released on a summons to appear in Lyons Municipal Court.
