One person died and 24 were injured in Russian attacks on Ukraine last day

At least one civilian was killed and at least 24 others injured in Russian attacks in Ukraine over the past day, regional authorities reported on July 15.

Civilian casualties were reported in the Donetsk, Kherson, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Sumy regions.

Russian troops attacked Lyman and Myrnohrad in Donetsk Oblast On July 14, one person was killed and at least ten injured, Governor Vadym Filashkin reported. Another person was injured in Zalizne.

In Kherson OblastAuthorities said eight people were injured in attacks during the day.

A firefighter was injured in a double Russian attack on the outskirts of the city of Kherson.

According to the Ukrainian State Emergency Service, the first wave of attacks sparked a fire in a warehouse. When rescuers arrived on the scene, Russian forces struck again, forcing firefighters to retreat. One of the firefighters suffered bruises.

On the same day, a 37-year-old man was injured in Kherson when a drone hit a civilian vehicle, the regional military administration reported.

Elsewhere in the region, a 56-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman were hospitalized in the town of Stanislav with injuries sustained in another Russian attack, the regional military administration said.

According to the administration, two men were also injured in an attack in the village of Novovorontovka and both were taken to hospital.

A 55-year-old man in Bilozerka was hospitalized for an explosion injury, and a resident of Dniprovske was taken to hospital after sustaining a neck injury in an attack.

Russian forces dropped guided aerial bombs on the village of Bohuslavka in Kharkiv OblastA 21-year-old civilian was injured, the state emergency service reported.

In Sumy OblastThe regional prosecutor’s office reported that two 54-year-old men were injured and a high-rise building, houses, garages and a power line were damaged in attacks on the border town of Bilopillia.

Drone and artillery attacks in Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast According to Governor Serhii Lysak, two people were injured.

The attacks damaged 14 houses, three agricultural buildings, two power lines and an industrial plant.

Luhansk, Mykolaiv and Zaporizhia were also attacked, but no casualties were reported.
