Police evacuate people from Toretsk as Russian troops advance

The embattled city of Toretsk in the east of the country has been under Russian fire for several days. It is the latest flashpoint on the eastern front as Russian attacks continue to force overstretched Ukrainian front-line units onto the defensive.
