A missing person report has been issued in Florida for Noah Hayes, a black male, three years old, 3 feet tall, 60 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in the area of ​​the 8700 block of Belle Rive Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida.

The child may be accompanied by Jasmine Graham, a black woman, 5’9″ tall, 220 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

They were last seen traveling north on I-75 and may be headed to Georgia.

They may be traveling in a white 2020 Kia Sportage, FL, license plate 05DWTI. The vehicle has a sticker on the lower right corner of the rear window.
