A man is in custody after shots were fired at a hotel in North Lincoln, police say

LINCOLN, Nebraska (KLKN) – One person was arrested Tuesday morning after shots were fired at a north Lincoln hotel, police said.

According to Lincoln police, the shooting occurred around 4:30 a.m. at the AmercInn hotel near North 27th Street and Whitehead Drive.

It is not known what led to the shooting or whether anyone was injured.

Police told Channel 8 that the investigation was ongoing, but one person, whose identity has not yet been determined, had been taken into custody.
