3 teenagers shot, 2 dead after shooting in Milwaukee

A 15-year-old boy is dead, a 16-year-old is dead and a 14-year-old was hospitalized after a shooting near 9th Place and Manitoba Street in Milwaukee on June 15, according to Milwaukee police. The Milwaukee County Coroner told WISN 12 News they were called to the scene for a man. Police said the 16-year-old was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Witnesses said the shooting happened around 7:45 p.m. The Milwaukee Fire Department said they were called around 8 p.m. It was a chaotic and emotional scene Saturday night as friends and family of the teens involved in the shooting waited for more information. “It was horrible. Horrible. I mean, I can’t imagine. I can’t imagine actually losing someone, their baby. Your own baby,” said Ernestine Aldana, who lives nearby.
